Welcome to the Payment and Subscription Terms for Turizmo. By purchasing any paid subscription or VIP membership through the Turizmo mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, "Services"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Payment and Subscription Terms ("Terms") and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Your purchase and continued use of paid Services following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

Important: To avoid unexpected charges, please review your subscription settings and cancel any unwanted subscriptions before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase, refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. You must request refunds directly through Apple's support channels:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF PAID SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PAID SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

All subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other government charges related to your subscription. These charges will be added to your subscription fee at the time of purchase or renewal.
Tax obligations may vary based on your location and applicable tax laws. We will collect and remit taxes as required by applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. When we make changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide notice to you through the App, via email, or by other means.
Your continued use of paid Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the paid Services immediately.
These Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the paid Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of that right.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms without your consent, including but not limited to in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Any notices or communications required or permitted under these Terms shall be sent to us at support@turizmo.co. We may send notices to you through the App, via email, or by other means.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, lockouts, or equipment failures.
