AVAI INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD was established on 18 DEC 2025, and is an AI-first startup dedicated to building AI-powered consumer products for the North American and Southeast Asian markets. Our flagship product, Turizmo – Travel Your Way, is an AI-powered travel planner that helps people turn travel ideas into organized, adaptable trips. Our elite team comes from the Internet industry and provides comprehensive support and services to our customers.

AI sits at the centre of how we work: AI itinerary planning, the IZ travel companion, adaptive re-planning and real-time alert intelligence are all built into the product, not added on afterwards. Our business covers AI travel products, cross-border travel services, and overseas travel home products, providing travellers with a one-stop intelligent travel experience.

Conversational AI: IZ

IZ is our intelligent travel companion. Travellers explore possibilities, ask questions, request recommendations, rearrange a day or research a destination in natural language, and the itinerary is updated accordingly.

Booking & Ticket Understanding

Turizmo reads imported booking details for transportation, hotels and attraction tickets, as well as travel inspiration from saved images, links and video links, and structures that content into the trip.

Adaptive Re-Planning

Because plans change. Weather changes, flights get delayed and travellers discover somewhere new. Our adaptive travel intelligence reworks the plan instead of forcing users to start over.

Real-Time Alert Intelligence

Live signals on weather, geological events, public safety, health or epidemic concerns, and conflict or war alerts are matched against the traveller's actual route and travel dates.

AI-Native Engineering

A small AI-native team working on an LLM-centred stack: retrieval, structured extraction, evaluation and continuous iteration based on real traveller feedback.

The Turizmo iOS app went live on the Apple App Store, bringing AI-powered itinerary planning, the IZ travel companion and adaptive re-planning to users in North America and Southeast Asia.

Jacob Tang is the founder and CTO of AVAI INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD., the Singapore technology company behind Turizmo – Travel Your Way. He leads the product and engineering team that designs and builds Turizmo’s AI itinerary engine, the IZ conversational travel companion, adaptive re-planning and real-time alert intelligence.

With more than 15 years in technology research and development, Jacob has led teams through multiple product and technology breakthroughs. His AI-first engineering approach shapes how Turizmo is designed, shipped and continuously improved on real traveller feedback.
